Notes and observations

Put in variety collection at request of Mike Roose. Seed grown at Rubidoux (Exp. 1881)- both trees from same seedling. Roose #I89-3-45 (Rubidoux Code 1881-3). Nucellar seedling of open pollinated seedling trifoliate from Guangdong, PRC. Lot of 31 seeds (collected 12-1988) received by D. Gumpf for M. Roose 02-29-1989. Selected as nucellar type by M. Roose based upon isozyme data. Budwood from seedling tree I89-3-45 to NCGRCD 04-1991.
