Notes and observations
Lindcove nucellar tree was grown from seed from a budwood import fruit in the Rubidoux screenhouse.
EMN, 10/1988: Dr. Bitters put a question mark by this one in the accession book; probably he questions the name.
EMN, 11/23/1988: Medium sized oblate mandarin. Rind light orange in color; peels & sections like gangbusters. Moderately juicy; seeds few, about 1 per section on average. Flavor sweet, fairly good but a bit flat. More rag than desirable.
