Notes and observations

3/10/1954, WPB: Heavy crop. 1/2 on ground. Round. Seedy. White flesh, sweet. At peak. 

1/13/1988, EMN: Many on ground; medium size fruit. Rind nearly white, moderately thick; flesh pale pink, not white as reported by WPB in 1954; still sour now. 

3/16/1989, EMN: Most of crop on ground. Flavor not particularly good, and still too tart for my taste.

Not commercially available in California.
