Notes and observations
Medium to large; deep yellow color; slightly rough, thick rind; flesh pink, ricey texture; flavor sour with bitter aftertaste; seedy.
When received from CPB this was labelled C. celebica var. Southwickii. It is not C. celebica, appears to be a shaddock-- WPB.
1/13/1988, EMN: Medium to large, deep yellow color, slightly rough rind, globose. Thick rind; flesh pink, ricey texture; flavor sour now, has a bitter after-taste; seedy.
