How to purchase citrus photographs on our website
The Citrus Variety Collection maintains high resolution jpeg images of nearly all of the photographs you have seen on our website.
All photos are copyrighted by the Citrus Variety Collection and the photographers.
Please do not reproduce these images without authorization.
If authorization is granted, please include with each photo a credit reading, "UC-Riverside Citrus Variety Collection"
We cannot allow unlimited use of the photograph, nor can we allow the reselling of the photograph.
In some cases more detailed images are available for scientific and commercial use, please inquire.
If you are interested in using the image on a website, we request that you protect the photo by not allowing images to be copied or downloaded.
Commercial use of our images require the payment of a fee. Please contact us for our current rates.
For authorization and more information, please contact Toni Siebert, firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of images that you are interested in purchasing, when you will need them and for what purpose. If you can't find a certain variety please let us know.
If you decide that you would like go forward with the purchase, be prepared to provide a copy of your W-9.
Note that the University can only receive either a check or money order. We cannot accept credit cards or Paypal. We will provide you with instructions on how to submit payment.
We can send images by email, filezilla ftp file transfer, or mail a CD. Please let us know what is best for you.
Please note that due to ongoing research, tours, talks, classes, orchard management, and other activities, it may take a few days to respond to inquiries. Complete transactions may take from a few days to a few weeks depending on how the University handles the transaction.
If you need images right away please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Proceeds from any purchases will go toward maintaining the UCR Citrus Variety Collection.
