2/8/1988, EMN: Orange de Nice is listed in TCI as an acidless orange. Our accession is NOT an acidless orange. It is a typical seedy sweet orange of medium-early maturity.


Description from The Citrus Industry Vol. 1 (1967)

"This sugar orange, a variety of the French Riviera, is so similar to the Succari of Egypt and Meski of Tunisia as to be indistinguishable to the writer."
