Photos by Toni Siebert, CVC,  4/11/2008. Photo rights. C-35 left, Carrizo right, 25 year old trees.

Source: Received as budwood from Limoneira Ranch, Santa Paula, Ca, 1925.

Parentage/origins: Parents unknown.

Rootstocks of accession: Carrizo citrange, C-35 citrange

Season of ripeness at Riverside: March to July

Notes and observations:

1985, EMN: Very coarse, convoluted. This accession had psorosis and exocortis, removed by shoot tip grafting

06/1989, EMN: Fruit compared with Olinda Valencia: Coarseness not well defined. Fruit this season is smaller, more re-greened than Olinda, not especially coarse; flesh texture may be slightly coarse, but not very.

4/11/2008, DK & TS: Fruit is not very coarse.

Availability: Not commercially available in California.
