Notes and observations

Nucellar seedling of RSD 1998035. Of 100 seeds of RSD 199034 received, 37 germinated. A nucellar seedling (RSD1998035SG008 = RRUT 137) was selected with ISSR markers and retained as RRUT 137 (later renumbered as RCRC 4138 for inclusion in the Citrus Variety Collection) (Krueger and Roose, 2003). RSD 1998035 was then inactivated. This accession is in the small flower group of Fang et al (1997). (RR Krueger, 09/18/2010)
