Notes and observations

11/12/1987, EMN: From 11 seeds: 8 singles, 3 doubles. An oblong lemon. Semi-open growth. Purple flowers and dark purple young fruit. Leaves large with moderately large winged petiole. Fruit medium sized, about like a lemon, but rounder with a flattened apical end. Mature fruit color yellow, rind slightly pebbly, rind medium thick, flesh pale yellow, sour, somewhat lemon-like in flavor, seedy with many flat seeds. More probably a lemon hybrid than true lemon.
