Source: Received as budwood from the CPB, 1934.

 

Parentage/origins: Bowen grapefruit x tangerine. Cross was made in 1911 by F. W. Savage---R.K. Soost (12/1979)

 

Rootstocks of accession: Carrizo citrange, C-35 citrange

 

Season of ripeness at Riverside: October to November

 

Notes and observations:

May also have been called Webber Early but was never released.

EMN, 4/1987: Medium size, globose, medium deep orange rind color. Most fruit is on the ground now. Orange flesh, moderately seedy, still tart.

 

Availability: Not commercially available in California.
