Notes and observations

H.J. Webber: Select seedling No. 1695 from progeny in 1924 nursery. The largest among 181 seedlings. When this seedling was budded to navel in spring of 1926 buds were taken from top and inserted on seedlings of Box Springs sour orange. 2 trees to be planted in Variety Orchard.
