Source: Received as budwood from the USDA Citrus Repository, Riverside, 2011.

Parentage/origins: Reported to be a selection from the original 'Valencia' tree in the Chapman orchard in San Gabriel, California.

 

Rootstocks of accession: Carrizo citrange, C-35 citrange

 

Season of ripeness at Riverside: March to July

Notes and observations:

This is supposed to be a superior late-maturing selection from the original 'Valencia' tree in the Chapman orchard in San Gabriel, California. Selection made at US Date & Citrus Station, Indio.

Availability: Commercially available in California through the Citrus Clonal Protection ProgramClick here to order budwood.
